El predio tiene 1.209,20 hectáreas de superficie, divididas en tres roles, pero que se enajenan sólo en su totalidad. Este predio está conformado por una gran superficie de bosque nativo y otra parte de planos que se utilizan actualmente para la engorda de vacunos.

The building is a result of the renovation and extension work of an old mansion which used to belong to Manuel Martins Manso, who was the bishop of Guarda, and originally from Bemposta. The construction of the house began in the first half of the 18th century, and the main wall has some of the typical characteristics of a nobleman’s house or lord of the north wind mountain area from the end of the 17th and 18th century.

The mansion is also known as a good example of the erudite rural architecture of the 19th century in the region. It has a private chapel dedicated to Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, a garden and a coat of arms on its main wall from the Martins-Manso, now the Marcos. On 4 April 1996 it was declared a Building of Architectural Relevance. The Marcos Mansion has 4 twin rooms, 4 double and 1 suite.

El edificio resulta de la adaptación y ampliación de un antiguo solar que perteneció a D. Manuel Martins Manso, que fue el obispo de Guarda, natural de Bemposta. La construcción de la casa nace ya en la primera mitad del siglo XVIII, revelando la fachada principal algunas de las características típicas de una casa noble o de hidalgos de la zona transmontana de finales de los siglos XVII e XVIII.

El solar es también conocido como un buen ejemplo de la arquitectura erudita rural del siglo XIX en la región. Posee una capilla privada en honor de Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, jardín y un escudo de armas de los Martins-Manso, ahora de los Marcos, en su fachada principal. El 4 de Abril de 1996 fue atribuida al edificio la Declaración de Valor Relevante Arquitectónico. El Solar dos Marcos tiene 4 habitaciones dobles, 4 de matrimonio y 1 suite.

Das heutige Landhotel entstand aus der Umwandlung und Erweiterung eines ehemaligen Anwesens, das Manuel Martins Manso gehörte, dem Bischof von Guarda, der ursprünglich aus Bemposta stammte. Erbaut wurde die Konstruktion des Hauses bereits in der ersten Hälfte des 18. Das Anwesen steht ebenso als gutes Beispiel für die geistige, ländliche Architektur des 19. Jahrhunderts in dieser Region. Es beherbergt eine private Kapelle zu Ehren von Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, ein Garten und auf der Vorderseite des Hauses ein Waffenschild von Matins-Manso, nun von Los Marcos. Am 4.
